One of the things I enjoy most about being an architect isn’t producing drawings, it’s getting to know the people behind the project. Every family lives differently, every home has its own character, and every client has a vision of how they want to improve the way they live.

My role is to listen first, understand what’s important to you and then challenge ideas where there’s an opportunity to create something even better. Sometimes that means designing a larger extension, but often it’s about making smarter use of the space you already have, saving unnecessary expense while delivering a home that works beautifully for years to come.

Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of helping homeowners, families and developers bring their ideas to life across Southport, Ormskirk, West Lancashire and the surrounding areas. Seeing a project move from an initial sketch to a completed home and hearing how much clients love living in the finished space—is without doubt the most rewarding part of what I do.
